Pilates is for every body so all movement can be tailored and modified for any body that attends. All fitness levels are welcome.
Corporate/Workplace Wellness – $200
Bring Pilates to your workplace with a session designed to reduce stress, improve posture, and boost team morale.
Private Event Rate – $175
Perfect for birthdays, bridal parties, girls’ nights, or wellness pop-ups.
Includes up to 15 participants. Additional rates apply for larger groups.

Travel Details
Pricing includes travel within a 10-mile radius of Orlando, FL (32814).
For locations beyond 10 miles, a $1 per additional mile (round-trip) travel fee will apply.
