Pilates in the Park

Step outside the studio and experience Pilates in a refreshing outdoor setting. Pilates in the Park is a dynamic outdoor mat Pilates class held in beautiful Baldwin Park, where we move together under the open sky for a full-body workout designed to strengthen, challenge, and energize.

Each class focuses on building core strength, stability, and total-body control through intentional, flowing movement inspired by contemporary Pilates training. Expect a thoughtfully designed sequence that challenges the muscles while improving posture, mobility, and mind-body connection.

The flow is dynamic and engaging—designed to leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to your body.

To keep the workouts creative and effective, we incorporate Pilates props such as resistance bands, balls, Magic Circles and/or light weights to add variety and increase the challenge while supporting proper alignment and control.

Pilates in the Park is open to all levels, with options and modifications provided so everyone can move at their own pace while still feeling challenged.

Bring a mat, water, and good energy—and get ready to move, breathe, and build strength together in one of Orlando’s most beautiful outdoor spaces.
